- You agree not to use our services to create fraudulent or misleading materials.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) misuse or attempt to disrupt the service, (b) reverse engineer or scrape our content, (c) share your account with others, or (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All crafted documents you generate belong to you. The Credence Resume Fit™ brand, software, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. The FTX™ aggregate dataset is a proprietary product of Credence Reputation Server™.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid memberships and one-time purchases are billed through our payment provider. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credence Resume Fit™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
